The first 3 months of care are included in every package. After that you pick a plan, or you don't — no lock-in.
Unused hours don't roll over to the next month. A "change" means updating content, images or a section — redesigns and new features are quoted separately. WooCommerce shops are supported from the Care plan up (recurring plugin updates). The Free plan applies to sites we built and host.
You buy the domain in your own name — we walk you through it, but you own it. No holding clients hostage.
Hosting is on us, as part of the care plan. If you ever want to leave, you get the code and every file, no questions asked. 30 days' notice.
Domain cost (~£10–15/year) isn't included in the website price — you pay the registrar directly.
Start is built on one of our own hand-crafted layouts — designed and polished by us, then dressed in your brand, colours and content. A website builder spits out a random page with no idea behind it; we pick the layout that fits your business and tune it personally. It means we start by asking what your customer needs to do on the site, then design around that. The garage got a live diagnostics report instead of a service list. The coffee shop got a bean board and a stamp card. Have a look at the portfolio.
